If you liked the first book you’ll like this one too. But make sure you read the first one before this one – this is one of those books that is not stand alone. And, let’s be clear, you gotta love fantasy too.
While I felt some parts dragged on a bit (like when he was training with the Ademre, or his time with the fae), overall, Kvothe’s story continues to be very interesting, and fun to read. Though I remain frustrated as I have not even a hint as to why he’s in such a weakened state as he is telling the story…
